Stress has its effects on our immune system make more vulnerable to common diseases such as cold, flu and other chronic or threatening diseases.

Here are some of the methods which i do to keep myself motivated, hope you all will also like this.

Start breathing with your diaphragm and your blood will be oxygenated which help to relax instantly. Inhale the oxygen from you nose which will expand your belly. Hold the breathe for few seconds and then exhale slowly. Repeat this method several time.

Meditation is a very old method for training the mind. To make your mind calm try to meditate for 10 to 15 minutes. When meditating watch your breathe ; inhale and exhale slowly.

Always try to smile even if you don’t have the feeling. When we smile we are relaxed and happy. As per the Dr. Cooper Explains “smiling transmits nerve impuses from the facial muscles to the limbic system, a key emotional center in the brain, tilting the neurochemical balance toward calm,”

Your Chi
Chi the vital energy in our body. Qigong (chee-gong) is a 5000 year old Chinese practice designed to promote the flow of chi,. Calming exercise in qigong, stand with your feet should-width apart and paralle,. Bend your knees to a quarter-squat position (45 degree) while keeping your upper body straight. Observe your brathing for a couple of breaths. Inhale and bring your arms slowly up in front of you to shoulder height with your elbows slightly bent. Exhale, strtching your arms straight out.inhale again, bend your elbows slightly and drop your arms down slowly until your thumbs touchthe sides of your legs. Exhale one more time, then stand up straight.

Stretching & Warm Up
Make your body warm up every time you feel in a stressful situation. As the body get cold due to stress the muscles and nerves become stiff. So try to rub your hands rigorously. Stretch your hands. Lock your fingers and push you hand upwords stretching up wait for 5 seconds and relax. Continue the process 2 to 3 times. You can repeat the process every hour or as per your condition.

Quick exercise rotate your neck clockwise and anti-clockwise slowly with your eyes opened. Will release the stress muscles in neck improves the circulation.

Learn some acupressure technique. Search in Google easy acupressure points for stress release and you will be loaded with lot of information. Select the one you like

Vitamin intake
